La Locanda in Muenster

Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with our order from La Locanda. The food was there quickly, but that made the lasagna cold inside. Overall, our food didn't taste like freshly prepared. When we called the restaurant to report this, we were only told that this could not be the case. Very disappointing as the food is very expensive for this quality.

Very good restaurant with a service that is second to none. The menu offers a little different dishes than the German-Italian uniformity, the dishes are very tasty and prepared with very good ingredients. Definitely worth a visit!

I've rarely been as enthusiastic as here, the food, the service and the atmosphere are really great. ?The vegan selection among Italians is usually small, not here. There were vegan options for starters, main courses and dessert. ?? As a starter there was the crossinis - they were really tasty and can be recommended, the minestrone was too salty for my taste, and separate bread was served for this. ?My companion and I ate pasta during my visit. The vegan Lasagnette vegano is really unusual, pasta baked in a great sauce with cheese. My company really enjoyed your non-vegan food (Pappardelle con Spinaci). ? There are also vegan pizzas, we didn't try these during our visit. ?At the end there was something from the daily menu, vegan vanilla ice cream (soy based) with caramelized fruits. ?There is also a small but good wine list. The waitress was very knowledgeable and could make good recommendations. ?The atmosphere outside is really good. Sometimes you have a good view of the castle. Everything in the shop is currently very Corona compliant, unfortunately that takes away the charm of the shop. ?‍?Our condition was really accommodating. She was very attentive to our decisions and also gave us wines to try. In addition, she was able to answer all of our questions about the meal and made us a suitable recommendation for a dessert. ?The location is directly on Frauenstrasse, there are hardly any free parking spaces here, so you should use the paid parking lot on Schlossplatz, which is about 5 minutes away. ? On a Tuesday evening all seats outside were occupied, we made reservations. A spontaneous visit would also have been possible, only then would we have had to sit inside. ?The evening with all the trimmings cost us € 60. It's a bit better restaurant to eat out. Conclusion: I am really excited about this place. Everything went well and we had a delicious and beautiful evening. I will definitely come back!

I am irritated by the many very good reviews. Came because of the vegan and gluten-free options, but were unfortunately very disappointed. The pizza dough was not homemade (similar to a frozen pizza) and the vegetables were burned. Unfortunately, € 12 is too much. If you already offer vegan and gluten-free alternatives, then please also high quality, otherwise you can leave it directly. However, service was super nice that's why 2 stars!

The restaurant is really special. This only became clear to us at second glance, as it is inconspicuous from the outside. But the card reveals it. The selection of the individual dishes is something special. There is no standard here. The very nice service completes a perfect evening.

Delicious food with a good vegan selection and friendly service.

We have been going to La Locanda for many years and we love the food, the owner and the waiters there. Everything is perfect! The food is mostly even better than food in Italy because the cook adds a special Asian multi-cultural touch to his recipes. I am Italian and therefore I hope to be a good judge of his food. The waitresses are charming and the owner / cook here also has a special touch when choosing them. Looking forward to many more meals at La Locanda Muenster! Thanks especially for the fresh plates that are always made upon our request like the risotto ai funghi (without garlic!). :-)

Nice brisk service ... the risotto was excellent ... but the cat table on the wedding day was not at all. In retrospect, I am annoyed that you did not go ....

I have been eating here many times and have always tasted great. The food served not only looked good, but also had a lot to offer in terms of cuisine. Extra wishes were also easily possible. Furthermore, the recommended wine harmonized perfectly with the food. The mascarpone with the strawberries was also seductive, which I can only recommend. The friendly service was very attentive and fix. Not only the central location of the restaurant makes it tempting, but also the fresh flowers at the table. I can only recommend!
